The hospital is within 20 minutes drive to a bus terminal that links Kwahu to the rest of Ghana. Shared cheap taxies abound with fares under 1 dollar for most short distances eg. to the bus terminal.
Fly into Accra and join a bus to Nkawkaw, from where you can join a shared Taxi to Kwahu Government Hospital in Atibie.
Hostels available within 15 minutes walking distance from facility.
